Return & Exchange Policy
 

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

For international returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. We do not do exchanges on International Orders.

You may return your purchase within 10 days of receipt and receive a full refund to your original form of payment on FULL-PRICED items ONLY.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn for new items, clean, no damage for used items and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging including shoe bag and clothing tags. Original outer packaging is considered part of the product. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited towards your return.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Returns on items discounted, purchased on sale, can be for exchange or store credit only.

Return packages must be postmarked no later than 10 days from original purchase. Any longer than 10 days will result in forfeiture of the return and refusal of the package. Store credit for returns will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items. All shipping and handling charges, and store credit are non refundable.
